Katie serves as DT Global UK’s Regional Director for Asia. In her role she is responsible for the South and Southeast Asia and the Pacific regions. She is a Programme Director and currently overseeing the delivery of four largescale development funded programmes in Bangladesh, Myanmar, Philippines, and Tonga with a total value of £12 million under deployment. She has 15 years of strategic management and leadership experience in low- and middle-income countries, working across South and Southeast Asia in a range of sectors including infrastructure, economic development, and private sector development. Her expertise lies in project structuring, contract and client management, multi-disciplinary capacity building, institutional reform advisory and corporate planning.

Katie has expertise in new business origination, identifying and procuring multimillion-dollar opportunities, successfully implementing complex multi-partner projects in high-risk environments, working closely with a broad range of stakeholders including donors, national governments, and policy makers. Strong commercial negotiator experienced in risk evaluation, team formation, budgeting, and financial management with an extensive network of public and private sector relationships.
