Natasha Thomas is a dedicated Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in recruitment and staffing. As the Director, Talent Management for DT Global US, Natasha is focused on overseeing recruitment for US operations, as well as partnering on strategies for making DT Global a great place to work. Prior to joining DT Global, she spent approximately 7 years managing high-volume recruitment for a 300-million-dollar USAID IDIQ; in addition to supporting HR operations.

I couldn’t choose just one person:

·Roxane Gay – she’s an amazing voice in the literary world that brings attention not only to women’s issues and the world we have to navigate, but also the intersectionality of how those issues impact women of color.

·George R. R. Martin – because, Game of Thrones – I don’t think I need to explain further.

What’s your favorite place of all the places you’ve travelled?

Jumby Bay Island, Antigua – tranquility, the ocean, and good food – my idea of bliss.
