Adelaida Pérez Milán leads the Infrastructure team within the Business Development Unit at DT Global Europe. Adelaida is an Environmental Engineer with an MBA from IE Business School. Driven by her professional goal to link working for a more sustainable and fair world, Adelaida combined her studies in engineering with international development.
Adelaida's career has been focused on engineering and consulting projects related to the infrastructure, environment, and energy sectors in developing countries. She has worked in the management and coordination of the complete cycle of projects with multilateral financial institutions, from NGOs, Multilateral Organizations, Public Administration, and (primarily) the private sector. Adelaida also has experience working towards the opening and consolidation of new markets in Africa, Latin America, and other regions, with significant expertise in West Africa and the Maghreb.
Do you volunteer anywhere?
I have volunteered on several occasions, mainly in Sub-Saharan Africa, and these experiences have been very enriching.
What’s the coolest thing about your job?
Traveling, getting to know new cultures, and finding different ways of working.
