Neil Durnan serves as the Country Manager, Indonesia at DT Global Asia Pacific. In this role, Neil oversees the operations of DT Global’s Indonesia office, including a portfolio of eight DFAT projects spanning economic development, decentralization, governance, and health, in addition to a corporate team managing contractual compliance, HR, finance, and operations functions.

In his current role, Neil draws upon over 18 years of experience implementing and managing international development programs in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe, with an emphasis on stabilization, transition, and democracy and governance programming. Neil has extensive remote management experience, including implementing programs from Turkey, Jordan, and Germany, in addition to program management and business development roles within the home office. He has implemented programs for a number of agencies such as USAID, including the Office of Transition Initiatives and Bureau for Global Health, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, US State Department, and National Endowment for Democracy.

In prior roles with DT Global, he served as Senior Director of Operations and Senior Director of Program Effectiveness, focused on contract management, facilities, administrative systems, IT, and the development and refinement of DT Global’s program management systems and processes from start-up to close-out. Prior to joining DT Global, Neil worked for Chemonics International, serving in leadership roles on OTI and FCDO Syria programs, including managing assistance to the Syria Civil Defense (“White Helmets”) and serving as Field Director for the Jordan Food Assistance Program, which provided critically needed flour to bakeries in southern Syria. Prior to Chemonics, Neil supported the National Democratic Institute’s work in Egypt and Lebanon, including managing operations for NDI’s offices in Cairo, Asyut, and Alexandria.

No puedo esperar a volver.
