WASHINGTON, DC (March 15, 2026) — DT Global, a leading project delivery and advisory firm that works with clients worldwide to deliver sustainable positive impact, today announced a significant evolution of its executive leadership team to support its continued global growth. Sloan Mann, current head of DT Global US, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026.

This appointment is the culmination of a deliberate succession planning process. As CEO, Mann will oversee the firm’s overarching vision and business operations, focusing on strategic planning, project excellence, and global scaling. The current CEO, Torge Gerlach, will transition into the newly reintroduced role of Executive Chairman.

Since its founding in 2019, DT Global has transformed from a US$130 million operation into a US$460 million global business operating across diverse markets and increasingly complex environments. This growth has required a deliberate focus on strong governance, disciplined strategy, and thoughtful succession planning. Establishing the Executive Chairman role reflects that maturity and ensures the right balance between operational leadership and strategic oversight as we enter our next phase.

The leadership transition includes several other key appointments designed to bolster DT Global’s international platform:

• Executive Chairman: Gerlach will focus on long-term strategy, overseeing the Global Finance group (led by Dean Garreffa), and spearheading future mergers and acquisitions.
• Managing Director, US Business: Ilan Cooper has been named Managing Director for the U.S. portfolio. A 15-year veteran of DT Global US and its legacy companies, Cooper brings deep institutional knowledge and a proven track record in business development to strengthen the U.S. market presence.
• Governance: John DeBlasio will continue his role as Representative of the General Partner, providing high-level oversight and supporting value creation across the firm.
