Quelle est la chose la plus cool dans votre travail ?

The coolest thing about my job is getting to shape the employee experience in a way that truly supports both people and the business. I love being in a role where I can influence culture, support growth, and help individuals navigate their career especially during times of change like organizational growth or mergers. Every day brings a new challenge, and I get to be both a strategic advisor and a trusted partner to employees. It's incredibly rewarding to see the impact HR can have when it's done with intention and heart.

Quel a été le dernier livre vraiment génial que vous avez lu ? Pourquoi?

The last really great book I read was: Professional Troublemaker: The Fear-Fighter Manual by Luvvie Ajayi Jones. Professional Troublemaker is a bold, empowering guide that encourages readers to speak up, act courageously, and embrace their power — even when fear tries to hold them back. Drawing from personal stories and cultural commentary, Luvvie Ajayi Jones challenges the idea that being disruptive is negative, instead redefining a "troublemaker" as someone who disrupts the status quo for the greater good. The book blends humor, wisdom, and practical advice to help people — especially women and people of color — confront fear, use their voice, and lead with authenticity and impact.
