PARTISIPA is seeking qualified organisations or consortia — including research institutions, consulting firms, private sector entities, and academic partners — to support applied research that will inform future programming to improve the climate resilience of the water sector in Timor-Leste.

The initial contract period includes a scoping study from June to July 2025, followed by an implementation period from August 2025 to June 2026 during which approved plans presented in the scoping study will be enacted. The Partnership is intended as a long-term activity that will be able to support PARTISIPA over a number of years – with scope to extend any initial contract arrangement, subject to performance and mutual agreement.
