About
Bryony Everett is Director of Human Development & Innovation at DT Global UK, bringing more than 20 years of experience managing and advising donor-funded programmes across innovation, livelihoods, environment, and agriculture. Her expertise spans the relationships between low-income communities, governments, and the private sector, alongside the commercial and contractual work needed to deliver complex programmes. She has negotiated contracts with major clients and consortium partners and overseen grants across developing countries, addressing varied insurance, duty of care, and safeguarding requirements.
Bryony has helped secure and deliver major programmes, including Climate Change Compass, which supported UK Government monitoring, evaluation, and learning for the International Climate Fund, and the Frontier Technology Programme, which applies emerging technologies to development challenges. She helped pivot the latter to COVID Action, supporting more than 40 grantees tackling pandemic-related challenges. As Team Leader of the £11 million DFID-funded Impact to Ideas programme, she supported innovation for low-income consumers in energy access, water, sanitation, and hygiene, and climate change adaptation, with a focus on impact at scale. Her earlier experience includes long-term rural livelihoods and environmental programmes in India and Kenya.
