Climate Resilience and Environment
Climate change is creating extreme weather events, food insecurity, and other disruptions that impact quality of life, lower economic potential, and increase costs for governments and businesses.

We advise national governments, cities, companies, and multilateral institutions on climate change adaptation, mitigation, financing, and climate-resilient project and infrastructure design and operation. Our work with the private sector and government bodies helps clients to deliver practical strategies and solutions that mitigate climate risk. We collaborate with municipalities to increase resilience and promote disaster risk reduction. We scale sustainable technologies and develop policies to achieve national adaptation goals, facilitate access to international sources of finance, and improve capacity to better manage resilience projects. Technology is an integral part of this work, and we use AI for climate risk and vulnerability modeling and for illustrating sustainable interventions.
Our work integrates infrastructure project preparation and strategic planning with climate resilience, climate risk screening, vulnerability assessment, and low carbon options into urban development, infrastructure, environmental management, and social programs. We also address the social and gendered dimensions of climate change and develop approaches to build community resilience.
