Governance and Public Sector Reform

DT Global helps governments and public institutions build stronger institutions, better services, and improved performance. Our work supports policy and regulatory reform, public administration, institutional governance, public financial management, service delivery, accountability, and public-sector capability development. We support public authorities to design and implement participatory political, administrative, and fiscal decentralisation approaches that build accountability and ownership.  

Our work promotes efficient, transparent, and accessible public administration systems, including in the management of social protection, licensing, registration, and civil registry services. By advancing integrated and digital public service delivery, such as one-stop shops, e-government solutions, and citizen service locations, we support more responsive, user-oriented services at the local level. Our work also includes strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.
