Education and Employment

We work with governments, tertiary education institutes, schools, and the private sector to build economic empowerment by providing full-lifecycle support for the education-to-employment pipeline. At national, regional, and municipal levels, our work with formal education systems and vocational and technical training systems enhance education from early childhood through to adult education. We work with government ministries to formulate policy, develop curricula, and train teachers. At municipal and regional levels, we work with schools to apply national curricula, recruit and train teachers, and support individual school management. 

Our focus on vocational and technical programs helps individuals and countries to meet the demands of a changing market, ensuring future competitiveness and creating new employment opportunities. These efforts are complemented by labor mobility work and capacity-building projects to support socio-economic development and poverty reduction. We develop improved data and reporting systems and mechanisms that promote learning, adaptation, and sustained institutional capability aligned with national priorities.
