A global diversified mining company sought a robust evidence base to guide future social investment and maximize the long-term value created through its community partnerships in Mozambique.
Approach
DT Global undertook an extensive landscape assessment combining policy analysis, socio-economic research and stakeholder engagement across government, civil society, development partners and the private sector. The work identified development priorities, existing initiatives and opportunities for collaborative investment across health, education, livelihoods, economic development and environmental management.
