Tatiana Biagosch is Chief of Staff at DT Global Europe. Tatiana holds a degree in law, as well as a Master’s degree in European Studies in Brussels and a postgraduate degree in International Consultancy for Institutional Development in Barcelona. After graduation, Tatiana started her career as a lawyer, but soon joined the international development sector, where she has acquired over 19 years of experience in different positions and roles, working with a broad range of Donors (EuropeAid, IDB, WB, DFID, Sida, etc.).
Tatiana has experience in business development (commercial missions, follow-up of expressions of interest and tenders, consortium building, recruitment and negotiation, and preparation of technical offers), project implementation (technical management, financial control, backstopping activities, formulation of documents, and work plans), and operations (HR, training, Legal, Compliance, quality management, and process improvement). She has held managerial positions in all three areas, providing her with a general knowledge and vision of the business.
