Challenge

To respond to rising regulatory pressure from U.S. Customs, the SEC, and the EU around Human Rights and HREDD, our client needed to prioritize key ingredients by risk profile and assess the viability of potential HREDD tools to collect required information and evaluate supplier readiness.

Approach, Goals, Results

DT Global undertook a rapid review of existing sustainability assessments and risk analyses across nine key ingredients, then delivered a pilot of AIM Progress’s Converged HREDD Assessment Tool with the client’s top sugar suppliers to assess their HREDD maturity and the tool’s viability as a long-term solution for regulatory compliance.
