Regenerative Agriculture and Nature Commitment Monitoring Strategy and Annual Reporting
Creating reporting process that creates evidence for future investment
Challenge
As our client’s regenerative agriculture portfolio expanded to hundreds of projects and introduced new pathways for nature restoration and protection, its annual reporting process needed to accommodate greater scale, complexity, and data variation. Since 2024, DT Global has provided dedicated reporting capacity and helped strengthen the systems used to collect, validate, and analyze portfolio data.
Approach, Goals, and Results
We redesigned reporting templates to improve data quality, enable semi-automated aggregation against corporate goals and support deeper analysis of project outcomes. We also aligned regenerative agriculture and nature reporting forms with the public guidelines developed with technical inputs and support by DT Global in 2025–2026 and produced practical guidance for internal teams, suppliers and implementing partners.
This work has created a more efficient and consistent reporting process, while giving the client stronger evidence to assess portfolio performance, communicate progress and direct future investment.
