Ricardo del Pozo is a project manager with extensive experience in emerging markets and with multilateral donors, including the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, European Commission, African Development Bank, and Andean Development Corporation. He has directed international consulting projects across the project cycle, from planning and tendering to supervision, monitoring, training, and reporting. His expertise includes quality assurance for framework contracts and technical assistance projects, EU procedures and PRAG rules, and logframe design.
Ricardo also advises on infrastructure and energy projects, including water, transport, and roads. He has supported public administrations on public-private partnerships, privatization, and restructuring in Algeria, Peru, Nigeria, Croatia, and Romania. An experienced team leader and communicator, he has drafted reports, thematic papers, and technical annexes for a range of projects.
