Kumul Consolidated Holdings (KCH), with support of the Australian High Commission’s Economic and Social Infrastructure Program (ESIP), is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced board members and senior leaders to serve as mentors in a high-impact corporate governance and leadership initiative in Papua New Guinea.

This is an opportunity to help shape the next generation of board-ready leaders by sharing your insights, judgement, and governance experience in one of Papua New Guinea’s most important leadership development initiatives.

This flagship initiative, supported by the Australian High Commission through ESIP, is designed to strengthen board capability, leadership confidence, and governance practices across Papua New Guinea’s State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
Experienced mentors will play a critical role in supporting participants as they build practical governance and leadership capability.

The six-month program combines formal governance development with practical mentoring support, creating a platform for emerging and current leaders to apply sound governance principles in real-world board and executive environments.
