The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to undertake a scoping study to upgrade the Buka Trunk Road in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville (Bougainville), Papua New Guinea. The result of the study will guide TSSP3 to understand key issues and cost estimates for the project as well as ensuring that women, persons with disabilities, and rural communities have equal access to infrastructure and services.
En nombre del Gobierno australiano, TSSP3 is calling for proposals from suitably qualified and experienced firms or organisations to undertake the Buka Trunk Road Scoping Study.
This RFP is open to firms or organisations that meet the criteria detailed in the tender documentation.
