Without further ado, we are thrilled to announce that the winner of our inaugural DT Global’s Transforming Women’s Lives Through Digital Technology challenge is… ITWILLBE! Madrid, Spain-based ITWILLBE has proposed creating a digital platform that enables vulnerable women in rural areas and slums in India to gain access to new technologies, new jobs ,and new industries—and DT Global is excited to be a small part of helping this idea come to life.
We want to thank all of our participating partner organizations for working with us over the last two months—it’s been an honor to learn about their varied ideas and work alongside their staff to shape concepts that can change the world. The final concept notes were all impressive, creative testaments to the vision that each of the participating organizations has for helping women and girls to achieve greater equality.
