DT Global is delighted to announce the appointment of Noha Hussein to Chief Growth Officer and Gerome Rich to Chief Operating Officer. In her new role, Noha will provide leadership and strategic direction to the company to drive sustainable growth, effective communication, and expand DT Global’s impact. In his new role, Gerome will oversee and optimize key global business functions including IT, systems, ethics and compliance, insurance, security, and global policy in line with the wider company strategy.

Gerome is a skilled international development and operations professional with experience working for a range of donors, including DFAT, the EU, FCDO, and USAID. Prior to his current appointment, Gerome led Cardno International Development's (now DT Global) EMEA business, served as Chief Operating Officer for Cardno International Development, and was most recently Head of Operations for DT Global's Asia Pacific region. He has worked in country roles across Africa and Asia Pacific in a range of technical sectors (HIV/AIDs, education, construction and disaster reconstruction, agriculture, and food security) and served in key roles on some of DT Global’s largest, most complex, and politically sensitive programs.
Noha is a multi-faceted executive with more than 20 years of success in international development, spearheading effective growth strategies for a range of large international development organizations and clients. Most recently, Noha served as DT Global’s Vice President for Global Engagement driving strategic collaboration and global positioning for the company. Prior to that, Noha served as a Principal at Cardno International Development where she led Business Development for the US. She brings technical expertise in early grade reading, community education and acceleration, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship across Africa, Asia, Europe and Eurasia, and the Middle East.
