Farheen Khurrum is the Regional Manager for Asia at DT Global Asia-Pacific and a member of the management team. She oversees a diverse portfolio of governance, sustainable economic growth, and human development programs across DFAT-funded initiatives in Southeast Asia. Previously, Farheen served as the Director of the Skills & Employment portfolio at Palladium Group and Head of International Development at Scope Global in Australia.
Farheen has dedicated over 20 years to driving transformative change in marginalized communities. Her career began in communications and marketing at Consolidated Graphics in Houston, before transitioning to the development sector with BRAC in Bangladesh. She later joined USAID as a Senior Development Specialist, leading the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning technical practice at the Bangladesh Mission. She has also served in MEL and Gender advisory capacities for USAID in Senegal and Washington, D.C., and was a member of the esteemed Ambassador’s Professional Leadership Council during her term with the U.S. Government.
