As part of our DFAT and MFAT-funded PHAMA Plus Program, DT Global is raising awareness on the causes and prevention of African Swine Flu through information on key biosecurity and animal husbandry practices—preserving livestock and quelling violent disputes at the same time.
High quality and sufficient water supply is essential for human health and is key to climate change adaptation but is a huge challenge in countries such as Sierra Leone. DT Global is committed to reducing our carbon footprint. Since 2020, we’ve tracked our carbon emissions and in 2021, became a signatory to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to set science-based targets to lower carbon outputs to limit warming in line with the Paris Agreement goals. We are piloting greening initiatives in our field and corporate offices and have dedicated Green Teams across our geographies to mainstream environmental work in our projects and operations.
