About

Ann has more than 15 years’ experience in international development across the Asia-Pacific region. She manages a portfolio of bilateral programs across the Pacific, working with partner governments and regional stakeholders to support effective delivery and strong program performance.

Ann has held senior leadership roles across complex, multi-country portfolios, including as Program Director at DT Global where she oversaw large-scale programs and supported business development and market diversification. She also served as Team Leader for a governance reform program in Solomon Islands, working closely with government and development partners.

Prior to joining DT Global, Ann led international programs at Johnstaff International Development and held a range of leadership roles with Save the Children across Australia and the Pacific. She began her career in social work, working in child protection and mental health services in Australia and the UK.

Working alongside governments and partners to shape reforms that improve how systems function at scale, particularly in complex and rapidly changing environments.

Back your judgement, stay grounded in your values, and invest in relationships, they’re what make everything else work.
