The Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea (BCEP) Program, supported by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and managed by DT Global Asia Pacific, invites tenders from suitably qualified firms and individuals for appointment to a three-year supplier panel across the following categories:

• Social media reels • Photography • Graphic design |
• Event management
• Copywriting and editorial • Creative scriptwriting • Animatio |
Tenderers may apply for one, multiple, or all categories. Priority will be given to suppliers based in Papua New Guinea, consistent with DFAT’s localisation commitments, while the Panel remains open to qualified suppliers from Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Pacific region.
Estimated Panel value: PGK equivalent of AUD 250,000 – 500,000 over the two-year term, across all categories. No minimum spend is guaranteed.
