Danielle Alford is the Head of Asia at DT Global Asia-Pacific, where she oversees a portfolio of Australian government funded programs across eight countries, including Indonesia and throughout Asia. In this role, Danielle leads an exceptional team of professionals, who are committed to sustainable and inclusive development, and work together to deliver program excellence for our clients.
Danielle brings over 20 years of experience leading international development programs, working across the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors. Danielle has worked for major international NGOs (Marie Stopes International, VSO and Save the Children), a specialist health institute (Burnet Institute), and as a change management consultant and senior manager in the public and private sectors in Australia. Danielle has spent significant time living and working in Asia over the past two decades and is passionate about the region she calls her ‘second home.’

The coolest thing about my job is the opportunity to meet and work with the most extraordinary people, and not only support and encourage them to discover their own potential, but importantly learn from them.
