Mikka is an electrical engineer and a certified project manager with over 10 years’ experience, having been involved in more than 50 projects across many countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has extensive project management experience leading project teams on various energy and infrastructure projects with various public and private institutions.
Mikka has most recently managed several interventions in the GIZ-funded PET Plastics Recycling Partnerships project in Uganda and the EU-funded Feasibility Study and Design of Two Solid Waste Diversion Centres / Transfer Stations and to Develop a Solid Waste Management Strategy for the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area (GKMA) Uganda.
