Militza Drenning is the Finance Director for DT Global US. She has primary responsibility for all financial activities, planning, budgeting direct and indirect forecasts, audits, integration and merging accounting software, and overseeing the Project Accounting division. Prior to DT Global, Militza was part of two DT Global legacy companies, AECOM International Development for over 10 years and The Services Group for over 3 years, cumulating in close to 20 years of international development experience. She started her career in Bolivia as Operations Manager in a PK-12 private school, where she participated in the school development and implementation since its creation. She also worked for couple years in the manufacturing industry as a Finance Manager. She is a native Spanish speaker with an MBA from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
What is the one thing in this world you are most proud of?
I most proud and blessed for being a mother of three wonderful kids and having my family. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the support that my husband, kids, and parents give me every day.
If you were doing something else besides this, what would it be?
I would be working in real estate and flipping houses. The idea of bringing the beauty out of something old seems amazing to me.
