Tatiana Biagosch is the Director of the Operations Support Division at DT Global Europe. Tatiana holds a degree in law as well as a Master's degree in European Studies in Brussels and a postgraduate degree in International Consultancy for the Institutional Development in Barcelona. After graduation, Tatiana started her career as a lawyer, but soon joined the international development sector where she has acquired over 19 years of experience in different position and roles, working with a broad range of Donors. (EuropeAid, IDB, WB, DFID, Sida, etc)
Tatiana has experience in business development (commercial missions, follow up of expression of interest and tenders, consortium building, recruitment and negotiation, and preparation of technical offers), project implementation (technical management, financial control, backstopping activities, formulation of documents, and work plans), and in operations (HR, training, Legal, Compliance, quality management, and process improvement). She has held managerial positions in all three areas, providing her a general knowledge and vision of the business.
What’s your favorite place of all the places you’ve travelled?
Tanzania. I travelled to the Ngorongoro crater, an extinct volcano well- known for its high concentration of wildlife where all major animals are easily seen. It was an amazing experience.
What’s the one piece of advice you would give others about life?
Life is full of ups and downs but try to have always a positive attitude towards life. “If you cry over losing the sun, the tears will prevent you from seeing the sun” Rabindranath Tagore.
