DT Global has been engaged by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to manage the Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea (BCEP) Program. BCEP represents a significant investment in promoting participatory democracy in PNG, with a goal to strengthen citizen-government engagement for improved service delivery and provision of public goods.

Scope of Services
BCEP plans to develop a range of technical content for curriculums, trainer and learner guides, and learning materials. The materials require instructional design, curriculum development, editing, graphic design and formatting to produce professional, user-friendly and quality-assured materials suitable for adult learners.
BCEP seeks to engage a qualified Curriculum Developer and Graphic Designer, either as an individual with both capabilities or as a consultancy team, to transform the materials into final products that align with approved curriculum or competency frameworks, adult learning principles, accessibility requirements, intellectual property obligations and organisational branding standards.
