Noha brings implementation experience in the Middle East, Europe and Eurasia, Africa, and Asia, and possesses extensive experience in developing and leading high-performing cross-functional teams, strategy development, process optimization, sustainability, change management, and coordination across multiple teams to achieve goals.
Noha started her career in program execution on the ground in the Middle East, and progressively moved to provide oversight of program implementation globally in over 20 countries for large INGOs. She brings a thorough understanding of program excellence and impact, while integrating values of gender equity and diversity. Her strong management and interpersonal skills empower teams to succeed while fostering commitment and excellence.
