Robyn is the Chief Talent Officer at DT Global. As a member of the Global People and Culture Team, Robyn is a key contributor to DT Global’s People Strategies and Vision. This includes responsibility for talent attraction, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and change.
Over the past twenty plus years Robyn has gained broad experience at both the strategic level as well as in hands on generalist People and Culture roles. Robyn has worked in the International Development Industry for the past 14 years and has previous experience in a range of industries including: Resources, Tertiary/Higher Education, Professional Services and Information Technology. Robyn has worked internationally in Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cambodia, France, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

If you could change something in the world, what would it be?
Inequality. I would like to see a world where people respect and embrace everyone’s differences. Minimizing prejudice in the world would go a long way toward reducing violence in all its forms.
