About

Rodolfo is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with more than 30 years of professional experience in business development and the oversight and implementation of projects for water security, disaster risk management, sanitation, natural resources, climate change, clean energy, environmental management, and infrastructure. His professional experience spans more than 25 countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Before joining DT Global, Rodolfo held multiple leadership positions as the portfolio lead for Climate, Environment, and Natural Resources for Palladium, Chief of Party for the USAID Sustainable Water Partnership for Winrock International, and Vice President of the Environment and Climate Change practice for Abt Associates. Rodolfo holds MS and PhD degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
