The Australian Government, through the PNG-Australia Transport Sector Support Program Phase 3 (TSSP3) implemented by DT Global, is supporting Papua New Guinea to achieve a more effective, efficient, and inclusive transport system, enabling the economic and social development of PNG.

The Sustainable Highlands Highway Investment Program (SHHIP) is an infrastructure program funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Government of Australia and the Government of Papua New Guinea.

The objective of this consultancy is to conduct an independent evaluation of Tranche 1 (T1) of SHHIP, and to assess the project's impact and achievements against the T1 Outputs and Outcomes targets as outlined in the Design and Monitoring Framework (DMF) of the T1 Project. Furthermore, the evaluation will examine the broader social and economic impacts of the work.

TSSP3 is now calling for proposals from suitably qualified consulting firms to conduct the evaluation. This tender is open to companies that meet the criteria detailed in the tender documentation.

The deadline for tender submission is 2:00 pm (Port Moresby time) on 13 November 2024. TSSP will not accept submissions received after the deadline.
