DT Global US and Integrity, a fully registered US small business and provider of ethically informed, expert services in complex and challenging contexts across the globe, are happy to announce the launch of their approved Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP), administered by the US Government’s Small Business Administration (SBA).
“Integrity is thrilled to enter this partnership with DT Global, a firm we’ve long admired for its innovative work sustainably transforming lives around the world. We are looking forward to their guidance as Integrity seeks to expand our international development; conflict prevention, stabilization, and transition; and government advisory work to deliver best-in-class services to USAID and other USG agencies,” said Anthony Ellis, Founder and CEO of Integrity.
The SBA Mentor-Protégé Program encourages pairings of successful businesses (Mentor) with small businesses (Protégé) to enhance the capabilities of the Protégé as set forth in a concrete, measurable business plan. In the DT Global-Integrity MPP, DT Global US will provide assistance across a number of Integrity’s business areas, including provision of advice that helps Integrity ensure its systems and processes are best of sector as it increasingly takes on larger USG programs at a greater scale. Integrity seeks to gain guidance and know-how from DT Global US on sustainable growth models, best practices on systems and protocols for complex procurement and grants under contract, and targeted business development strategies.
“Personally coming from a small business background, I am committed to supporting US small businesses on their path to sustainable growth and diversification,” says Sloan Mann, President, DT Global. “I am duly impressed by Integrity’s solid track record and the foundation they’ve built for operating in some of the most fragile contexts in the world while delivering high quality expertise. We are like-minded in our values and vision.”
