Our evidence-based development effectiveness methodology deploys best practices from across our global offices to inform and guide successful project implementation. We lead comprehensive Quality Control/Quality Assurance processes, oversee project start-up and closeout processes, and assist project teams to review and implement strategies and approaches that are key to achieving effective development outcomes. Our work is backed by DT Global’s web-based program management systems that covers procurement, grants, MEL, data visualization, and general management functions. We regularly identify areas for improvement and offer staff training to ensure continued excellence across DT Global’s portfolios. Our approach is both globally applicable and adaptable to the specific country needs and client requirements of DT Global’s diverse program portfolio.
